My name is Pamela Jones, and I am the owner and cake designer at Pammy The Cake Lady Bakery. It all started when I was about ten years old. I received my first Easy Bake Oven for Christmas. I was so excited. I couldn't make enough little cakes for everyone. Then through school, art was always my favorite subject and at home I stayed busy baking every chance I could. That was the beginning of my sincere interest and passion for baking and decorating cakes. I have taken a few classes through the years, learning something new with each class. Cookbooks, and cake decorating books were my special treats to myself when I would go shopping. The love for art and the passion for baking were a great combination for me. Knowing that one day I would open up my own bakery has been a dream come true.
